Has anyone gone to the Aveda school for hair or maybe a facial? The prices are great!!! I'm wondering about the quality...

Haven't tried them yet, but I do like K Charles and Folawns and they are all Aveda right? I actually scheduled an appt for a facial at Facelogic on Stone Oak because they have the first time facial for $39. I figured that's a good price to just see if they are any good.

This is so sad, but I really miss the spa in NY that I went to. They had amazing facials and everything else.. Check out their link! I am hoping Woodhouse is pretty similar to them and I can talk Mike into letting me go once in a while.

My boss has had her hair colored there and she loves it. I've wanted to try their facials but always forget about it!

I went to get my bangs trimmed once (it's near work) and it was ok. I'm not sure if I would get my hair cut there only because I'm really picky about who does it. I'd maybe do other stuff there though.

I'm a big fan of K Charles though.

There is also a little restaurant that's connected to the school that is worth trying. Great soup and sandwhiches.

I've liked Folawns until last week when I had a horrible experience!!!  Nobody make an appointment with a stylist named Mindy!!!

Yes I loved it! The quality was wonderful. Just getting a regular manicure there is aweosme. I love getting my hands and feet dipped in parrafin wax. My hands are sooo soft afterwards. Massages are nice too. I felt so good I felt drunk afterwards.
