Oh was that just DELISH!!!
So Sandy and I made the homemade empanadas last night. Oh my goodness....they turned out SOOOO yummy!! Now we are inspired to use the dough to make all kinds of things...like fruit pies or veggie pockets or....well...you could just make a yummy pocket with almost ANYTHING in it!
Anyway, just had to share. Sandy and I about ate ourselves to death...ha ha!

Lol that sound sooo yummy.
I used wheat dough from fresh and easy a few weeks ago to make pizza pockets..... mmmm.
We added sliced potatoe to the outside and red onion and baked it! It was yummy.
