LV Travel Advice Needed
I'm heading to LV for two nights in May, and would love feedback on the following hotels: Platinum Las Vegas, Desert Rose Resort, and Treasure Island.
Also, if anyone has any recs about bus companies that provide transportation from LV to the Grand Canyon, I'd appreciate it. I heard there are two sides of the Grand Canyon to see -- which is better?

Re: LV Travel Advice Needed
My husband and I stayed at TI a few weekends ago for Valentines day. I was SO impressed. Everything was nice, the room, the hotel, the staff. We were able to walk everywhere without too much trouble or effort.
The only issue we had (and it wasn't even a big deal to us) was the fact they didn't have any king rooms ready for us when we got there (I'm attributing that to understaffing since a lot of the hotels are undergoing layoffs). They told us to call down the next day and they would move us from a double queen to a king, but we just decided to stay put.
I personally like the North rim of the Grand Canyon. It is a lot less busy and in my opinion prettier, but both are nice.
I haven't stayed at any of those hotels but the Bellagio and Mandalay Bay (spa suite) is amazing!?
