We just got back from our maternity tour! SACH is really nice! Whether you get a "semi-room" or a private room, there is a lot of space. Actually DH liked the semi-room better, even though there is a slight chance that you may end up sharing. There were so many empty rooms tonight (with a full moon even), that I don't worry about having to share.
The staff there is really friendly, too, which I can't say about PVH. I am really happy with my choice. Let me know what you think after you have your tour.

Yes, I work in L&D. I think there were 3 tours going on last night. I came in and there was one group so maybe you saw me! lol
Good to hear!! I've been in their rooms before since I have had many friends deliver there and not one them every had to share (but I don't know if they had semi-rooms or not).Everyone I have talked to has had good experiences with SACH, which is pretty good for us since we don't have much of a choice since PVH lost its contract with Blue Cross.
Mommanurse - cool that you work in L&D. My friend's mom is a NICU nurse there.
I was in the first group, with Dee as our guide. She is great! There wasn't a single question she could not answer clearly and thoroughly. Hey, I hope you get to be my nurse!
