Valley Village murder---long post
Until It Hit's, "Close To Home"We see stories on the news, we hear what has happened to others through friends... and what do we say "I hope they are alright, I will be praying for their family," and then we keep going about our regular day without anymore thoughts about it. Now, that is a good attitude to have (concern), as well as the right thing to do (pray).
But when it actually hits you so close to home, you want to do more than just say I hope the family is okay, and I am praying for them. You want to take action and do all you can on your part to help the family and the people that are involved in their time of need, during such a tragic situation.?
I am guilty of what I just wrote about, until the last week and a half when a tragic situation hit "Close To Home." Someone took the life of my best friend's daughter. This has affected the immediate family as well as many friends, and the public.?
I encourage you, if you are reading this, to help this family who is now responsible to raise their 2 year old loved one that was left behind, in any way you can. By bringing food to the family, donating clothes, your time or monetary gifts. They will greatly appreciate all the help they can get. For those who've not been watching the news, the body was found in the trunk of her car after an anonymous fax was sent to the KTLA newsroom with details as to the whereabouts and who allegedly committed the crime.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
I feel so sad that a 2 year old has lost her beloved mother.
