Melbourne, FL. But DH and I would love to buy a few acres south of Palm Bay in a couple years and build a house out there.

I'm a high school math teacher at a private school. DH is a vocational rehab. counselor (was a special ed teacher before he moved to FL)

As you can see by my ticker, we are expecting our daughter soon! Found out yesterday they will probably induce me on the 23rd if she doesn't come on her own between now and then!

I think it's awesome your DH is a Voc Rehab counselor! I didn't even know about Voc Rehab until I had my back surgery and wasn't able to go back to my job. I love my counselor! Voc Rehab is paying for me to go back to school and finish my degree in Social Work.

4. Anything else you want to share? I have been SUPER homesick lately (originally from Miami) for the first time since I came up here to UCF. Not sure what my deal is. I think that getting married with the possibility of having kids makes me want to be closer to my parents.
SmileJenn--where did you get your PT comp job? One of my best friends is a SAHM and her husband was laid off. She's been desperately looking for work.

Thanks! He really enjoys his job, however the state's budget is making it more and more difficult for him to help as many people as he would like.

Yeah, my counselor and I were talking about the state budget cuts not too long ago. She told me that if I were to come to her today I likely would not be eligible for assistance at all! She already covered my physical therapy, and now tuition. I feel extremely fortunate, but it's sad that there are so many people out there that need help and can't get it because of our economy.
