Any local runners out there?
Curious to see if anyone would be interested in starting a running group when it starts getting nice out. I live in overland park area and run about 9-10 minute mile pace sometimes faster depending on how I feel and the mileage. I always like running with a partner or a group rather than by myself. I haven't ran in a while so would start at a lower mileage and work up. It would be a great way to meet other women my age interested in running and maybe enter some local races.... Just a thought....

I haven't ran much this winter, but am looking to get started again and would enjoy running with someone else. If our schedules could match up, I might be interested in doing this. What time of day do you usually run?
Are either of you running the Trolley Run in KC next weekend? I would run with you Jess, but I live in Midtown and thats a bit far.
