Infertility and OB/GYN's

Just checking with you ladies to see if you know of a good OB/GYN who is up to date and proactive in infertility treatments.  I am trying to find a new doctor, and have tried two and have not found them to be very helpful.  I just want one who listens to me, and doesn't just tell me to do a low-carb diet and excersise- when I already am with no ovulation success.  I have already been through this once, and it was a combination of met/femara/diet and excersise that worked, so why won't they listen and do the same protocol.  I know this is not a guarantee, but we want to try it on our own before going back to the RE. Thanks ladies!
