how much is a house... I'm from out of state
Hey all-
I'm from out of state but my husband and I are in the very beginning stages of looking to move possibly to the Flagstaff or Tucson area. How much would you say a basic 3 bedroom house in a decent neighborhood would be in those areas? Obviously there are a lot of "it depends" but can you give a range? I'm from southern California so I don't really have a concept of how much houses are outside of this insane inflated price bubble.

For Tucson, expect to spend about 200,000 - 230,000 for that type of house. Tucson is a buyers market right now. Check out http://www.tarmls.com to search Tucson listings.
I don't know much about Flagstaff - but I have heard housing is more expensive there.
