From your B&M post though it sounds as if there are some work-related hurt feelings over co-workers not being invited. That is sooo stupid. I mean, it's your shower, many times you are not even in charge of the guest list, and even if you were, who cares, like you said, if you dont speak, dont expect an invite.
Hope you had a blast and got some really nice things for Alex!

I had my 2nd shower this past Sunday. I was in charge of the guest list, but my feelings are...if we don't talk on a regular basis, why should I invite you. If I got invited to something for someone I barely talk with, I'd feel I got the invite just so they could get a gift.
We got pretty much everything we need...I hope. My sister and bil are paying for 6 months worth of diapers. There are a few things that would be nice to have, but all my necessities are done.

Awesome! And wow, six months worth of diapers, now that's what I call a great gift (and a gift that keeps on giving). It sucks women can be so b!tchy, but some people have this odd sense of entitlement.
Anyway, glad you got everything you need and now the only thing you need is the baby!
