I have to B&M today.....
Went to Grand Prairie for the SYTYCD concert tour, and this crabby lady sitting next to me bitches me out b/c my cell phone was open. Mind you, it was ON SILENT, and I was NOT talking on it--apparently, the glow from the screen was disturbing "everybody" and I was rude. You girls have no idea how close I came to spending the night in a Texas jail for justifiable homicide.

Mine is more of a B&M too!
I have to start studying for finals since they are swiftly coming upon me. Last weekend I had a couple errands to run, a bridal tea for my friend, and then I wanted to spend the rest of the day in my quiet home studying. I went to the tea in Metairie off Bonnabel and call my mom (who wanted to run errands with me) when it was over to tell her I was driving ALL the way back to the WB to pick her up and then driving ALL the way back to Metairie to go to Lakeside. Normally I wouldn't have done this, but she insisted that she needed to go to Lakeside too. Well once I change my clothes and head to her house she calls to say, oh your brother, SIL and the baby are coming over. Which means, your plans are shot to hell b/c I'm spending time with them. No sweat I have no problem with my brother and the fact that he just shows up and expects everyone to drop their plans when he does (see...no problem, right)! But my mom STILL insists on Lakeside, so I wait patiently for 4 hours (it is now dark) and then go to Lakeside and BB&B. I didn't get home last Saturday until 9pm and got no studying done. I know its childish but I'm still kinda furious. Not to mention that the cruise director (my brother) drove us all to the Saints game and wanted to leave before the 4th quarter. My mom insists that he doesn't control everything we as a family do, but I beg to differ....

Eddie...umm I have to ask you this...are we sisters and I didn't realize I had a sister? Apparently so because we have the SAME brother! Our thanksgiving plans revolve around him *he lives in shreveport* and I was expected to work my work schedule around him and his..because you know..he's "so busy" with just himself and no wife or kids. UGH.
BTW I'm borrowing the phrase "cruise director" lol

We are having Thanksgiving issues too! My brother's IL's live in Memphis and they rotate years for Thanksgiving, and this year happens to be a year he spends here. So, he called hosting Thanksgiving three weeks ago. So I told him what I was planning to bring for side dishes and he actually had the nerve to say, "we dont need all that food, dont bring that, I dont want all those leftovers." Ummm, hello, I plan to eat myself silly so if I want to bring sweet potatoes, mac & cheese and green bean casserole I will. He wants to just have turkey and dressing!?! Are you kidding!?! When I hosted last year, we had so much food and I could have cared less. Spoiled boys drive me crazy!!!!!
