4th Birthday ideas (preferably South Bay)

I am looking for ideas for my SIL for my niece's 4th birthday.  She wants to keep it small (around 6 girls) and do something fun.  We are in the South Bay so around this area would be best.  Also, something not overly expensive (less than $200 total).

Any ideas?

Is there a Build a Bear or a Club Libby Lu in a mall near you?

I don't know if she is too young for this, but this place is really cool. We take my godson, neices and nephew all the time.

Build a Bear was one of her ideas.

As far as Adventure City, they have D-Land passes and are going there for her birthday (just family) as well.

what about a picnic in the park? Like at Pollywog, in MB: with the big, red gingham cloth, a basket of sandwiches and macaroni salad and cupcakes. You could tie bunches of balloons to whatever you use to stake the cloth to the grass, bring some stale bread to feed the ducks in the pond, and the kids could play in the playground.... fun, and super inexpensive. 4-year-olds have the attention span of gnats anyway, so doing something too elaborate will just be a waste.

So much fun, you usually just stay 2 hours, and you totally don't need to do the whole package, though they are fun too!
