Yoga girls?
Does any one do Yoga at home? Do you go to a gym?
I have been taking classes at the U but I am thinking it could be cheaper if I did it from home. Does any one have a favorite video.... ect.
The Veria channel is cool but I think I want a video....

Re: Yoga girls?
I belong to Golds Gym. They have a yoga class on Saturdays and a pilates class on Tuesdays that I go to. Their membership is pretty reasonable, I only pay about $20 a month.
I have a couple videos that are pretty good. One of them I've had for several years and I'm not sure if it's still out there. It's called Power Yoga and is done by a guy named Bryan Kest. The other one is a Total Yoga that I got from Sports Authority last year, so it might be new enough to still be out there.
