Why does no one want my business? VENT
I have called several granite companies and faxed dimensions to them trying to get estimates for our countertops, but no one ever calls back, even if we call them multiple times. You would think that with the economy down they would be eager to get my business, but no! ARGH!

That's surprising, since I would assume most employees at home improvement places work on some sort of commission. Call and ask to speak to a manager, or go there in person and request help. Maybe you can get a discount on your purchase! Good luck!
