The seller has agreed to fix the plumbing & A/C. He & his agent seem suddenly motivated to sell the house. We are still going to look at 2 other houses tomorrow b/c we just never know with these people.

Glad your not willing to settle! We didn't look at any other houses, because the house we bought was dhs boss' and while I love our house, I wish we would have looked. There are certain things that we found after we moved in that we will have to fix before we can sell. Like they had their bed set up a certain way, come to find out for whatever reason the floor is not level, and I am sooo afraid we will have to put in a whole new subfloor. Good luck finding the perfect home!

Glad the sellers agreed to pay for the repairs.  Hopefully, they weren't trying to pull one over on you - that's always my biggest fear when buying a house.  Definitely smart to keep looking, just in case.  Good luck with everything!    We're here for support!
