Great day for a jog!

This weather is crazy! 75 on Sunday and now non-stop snow today. And whose great idea was it to paint the snow plows in my neighborhood white?!? I almost pulled out right in front of one b/c he blended in with the snow. Luckily I saw him just in time and I was able to follow him right to my driveway.
Stay warm and drive safe!

  • I know, it's crazy!!  we got about 10 inches here in Fenton. I actually left this morning to go to work and turned around and came back home.  I should have never got out in the first place, but i didn't realize how fast it was coming down!! I just paid the neighborhood kids to shovel my driveway! LOL.  hey DH is out of town and i couldn't do it with my 8 month old inside (plus i didn't want to!)

Hope everyone stays safe and enjoy the snow!!

  • It is, isn't it??? And they really painted them white? OMG. Up here in Troy, we got nuthin! Not even a snowflake on the ground! In Earth City (where I work), I would say they got about 6 or so inches (maybe more, not real good with measurements). My hubby came from 94 to pick me up at Earth City (normally 5ish min commute) and it took him an hour and a half! It took us less time to drive 40 miles home and zig zagging through the side streets! Please everyone stay safe if you have to go out! Its a mess!
  • It was so crazy!!  The university closed at 11 & sent us home -- absolutely horrible out by then.  I live 3 miles away & it took 45 minutes to get home!  When I took the dog out last night after it quit, I took a ruler & our back yard measured 11.5 inches.
