CA Income Tax Refund

anyone know when we will be receiving our Income Tax Refund from the state? we just did our taxes last week, but I thought I heard that people were getting IOU's. Any info? Thanks ladies!!!

i had rec'd an IOU back in feb when i completed mine. I just got it last friday. I think if u goto the state website you can enter in your info and it will give you a status. )

It's my understanding that since we have a budget, they are slowly (VERY SLOWLY) releasing the funds for returns. Give it the entire 15 days it typically takes before you start to worry.

We filed on Feb 1st and have no seen a dime of our state return yet.  We had our federal in a week.  I just hope that the state refund comes before June because thats our vacation money!

I think people that filed in early Jan. are just now starting to see their refunds being processed (as in, not quite have their $ yet, but state is reviewing their taxes)...so I'd give it a while.

My parents filed about 2 weeks ago, and got their state return back today.  So I'm sure yours is on its way!

We filed on March 6 and just got our refund yesterday, so they are finally processing them!
