Double Duty Post: AW and a Question
First my AW, which is related to my question...my cousin and his wife welcomed their first baby last night (April 11). They had a baby boy, Tucker (aka Baby E for the last 9 months) which was a surprise because no one knew if it was a boy or girl. Now, my question, D and I are going to send them a baby gift and I'm thinking of doing a box of goodies (clothes...I already bought 3 cute outfits at Costco). Any suggestions on some cool and creative baby gifts? Thanks in advance!

Suggestions for baby--aside from clothes, toys, and tons of diapers...if the parents have a favorite sports team get a little uniform for the baby. Also hit up some of the online retailers for chinese new year stuff. Its the year of the rat and you can get rat/mouse themed gifts. Suggestions for mom--a day of pampering at a spa...trust me she deserves it! If thats a bit too expensive--splurge for a pedicure and a massage.
Being that the gift is from you and D. throw a baby Padres onesie in there. (mlb.com) or even Target often has them at a much less expensive cost! Congrats!
I think the answers are great. I agree with a gift for mom.
I just sent a friend a bracelet (we do fun jewelry for eachother all the time) she loved it. Just be a bit cautious - My sister got a GC from Victoria's secret from someone. It was just about the last thing she wanted. LOL.
