We went to the book signing last night in Mira Mesa and it was madness!  We watch him all of the time and thought we could get a picture and get him to sign a book.  Well!  We got there a half hour early and they already had sold out of books.  They were giving numbers to people for the book signing and I kid you not it was reaching the 200 mark.  We stuck around to hear him speak and then bailed.  The girl at the customer service desk told us they did not anticipate such a huge turn out and it showed!  I did get a picture of him walking through the store, total paparrazzi pic!

Dh and I  freakin LOVE sam! I work with his nephew, who is a "mini sam", and also just as entertaining! DH was just looking on Itunes last night and saw the first season you can download! He's definately making it big! I went to a book signing last night, and there defiantely weren't that many peolple (maybe 30-40) and so I can't imagine over 200 people!! We met him in person at Fashion Valley when he was doing a fundraiser for the fires.

I love his show!  I live right up the street from that B&N but didn't make it last night - sounds like it was a good thing I didn't go!

I love watching Sam the Cooking Guy.  I wonder if the book is any good??

I am also a big Sam fan.  I think he has become even more popular because he now has a show on the Discovery Channel (?) and was on the Today Show a week or so ago promoting his cookbook.  I have made several of his recipes (from his website) and they are so good and not complicated.  Now, I'm going to have to buy his book.

 We definitely love Sam!   He is always tivo'd at our house :-)  That book may be a necessary purchase!

Hi there!!!  A friend of mine and her FI had a private class with Sam recently and she says that it was so worth it!!!  They learned to make a pizza that it was super simple but totally delicious!!!
