As per request, the book choices will be:
A Thousand Splendid Suns (I've been wanting to read this for awhile, but you all may have picked it up already)
Infidel (looked interesting)
Glass Castle (recc. by a friend)
I know that two books on Muslim culture may be redundant...but this was my thought process -- it's a hot topic right now, and the books would be a very different read, as one is about woman in the culture and the other is about the Taliban and Afganistan and all that. I know we just read Three cups of tea... but I figure if you gals don't want to read them, we can pick the other ones -- or a completely new one. (this is me trying to please everyone!
