What does your husband do....
...for you when he knows you need a little pick-me-up?
I've been having a pretty bad work week (long hours, too much to do, etc.) and my husband noticed my stress level has increased and I've been tired all day. So, when he was let off from work early today, he decided to clean our apartment from top to bottom, go grocery shopping, and take care of a few other miscellaneous errands. I was so surprised when I walked in the door to find the apartment spotless. It really made my day.
So, what helps get you out of a bad mood? How has your husband turned your day around?
Re: What does your husband do....
He makes me a stiff cocktail.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
He unexpectedly had to work 3 nights in a row this week (he was supposed to have the middle night off) so today for lunch he got Chili's to go. I thought it was sweet he was making the effort to do something to try to make up for being gone. (of course, I would much rather have him home!)

The last day of school last year (teacher) I got in a minor car accident (scraped the passenger side of my car against a stupid low wall I couldn't see) and then ran out of gas pulling into the school parking lot (yes, I blocked the entrance and yes, some jerk honked at me! Like I could move!) Great day! lol
Well, I got home and there was DH waiting at the top of the stairs for me with a big (strong!) margarita Yum!! Made all that car drama disappear!
For the record, that was the first time I'd ever ran out of gas.... I felt like the world's biggest dumb a**!
For more minor things, he'll bring home chocolate That's a good fix!
Unfortunately, he never cleans... that would be so nice!
