As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. AW: I made 10%!!

I don't know how many of you are familiar with WW but the 10% goal is pretty important. It means that you lost 10% of your starting weight and therefore reduced your risk of tons of bad health things...

This week was a great week. I had healthy meals all week and jogged two 3 mile runs this week (one of which was hills). I felt great both times and actually jogged a majority of the routes vs. quick walking.

The only time I "let loose" was at bunco where I indulged in a few glasses of wine and a bailey's coffee (oh... and there was that cupcake!). But it was soo worth it.

I am hoping to have another great week this week!
