Congrats! I used to do weight watchers and have falen off the wagon. I totally understand how important it is to reach your 10% goal. That is so awesome you did it! I never did. I really need to get back into it. I am feeling really fat and gross lately. I have no motivation.
Tomorow is Monday and another week though right?

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I picked a healthy goal weight for my body type so it's at the higher end of the recommended weight for my height (165 is my goal, and the range for my height is anywhere between 135-169).
I also just calculated my BMI and I went from a 34 (very overweight, obese) to a BMI of 30 (just overweight). I love that I just dropped into the next bracket closer to healthy
I wouldn't worry about the wine and cupcake at bunco! Wine is antioxidants, right?! hee hee
Besides, it's a good thing to have a little splurge every now and then - helps prevent big splurges!
If anyone is looking at joining... or rejoining... I go to the Clairmont one on Sundays at 11:30. I love weight loss buddes because I think I loose more with a "support team" of sorts.
