How is everyone liking Middlesex? I am about 34/ of the way through.  It was hard to get through at some parts for me but is getting good again.

I just got it in the mail (paperbackswap.com) and can't wait to start! I started My Sister's Keeper (Jodi Picoult) on Sunday and am almost finished so I should be able to start reading Middlesex tomorrow.

Can't wait to start talking about it

i'm almost 1/2 way through & i am really liking it!  sometimes it kind of jumps around with no warning, so i after a sentence or two i'm like "oh, he's jumped to the past (or future) again".  LOL.  i'm hoping to finish it this weekend since we're taking a roadtrip to AZ.

I'm still waiting for mine to show up in the mail. I will be spending a lot of time in the airport next week (Knottie GTG in Chicago! w00t w00t!) so I hope to start/finish it then.

bbkiddo-Are you comming to book club?  You helped me so much on the knot planning my wedding.  I so rarely see you anymore.

I really hope too, but like I said I will be in Chicago right before so I know I will be tired. I'm glad I was helpful I miss you all so much. I'm rarely on here because
A) the knot/nest is now blocked at work
I have been super busy am barely home to use the computer
C) Okay, I have no C, but just having A and B didn't seem like enough
D) I amlost forgot, I don't have a blackberry anymore so I can't play in the car (not me driving) anymore

I agree...it was hard to get into, then I couldn't put it down and was reading every second I could.  I can hardly wait to talk about this book...I read it last June and have not talked to anyone about it...it's been on my mind.  I'm so glad that book club chose it!

I My Sister's Keeper. It's definitely a tear jerker and it really got me hooked from the beginning. I finished in 3-4 days of reading at lunch and bed time so it had to have been semi-good
