Store Rave: Upholstery Fabric Outlet

I just went there today for the first time, and wow are they good. Great customer service and they are genuinely nice. They explained everything to make sure I got something I would be happy with. And they have a great selection of fabrics for indoor and outdoor upholstery and curtains.
They cut foam to order, as well as order larger pieces if needed. (Much cheaper than some 'outlets' I found online.) I needed new foam for our older couch cushions. They had my stuff in stock and cut all my pieces today, stuffed the cushions, and disposed of the old foam. DH and I are loving this since it's like sitting on a brand-new couch.
My dining room chairs are currently there to get new foam and be reupholstered. Really looking forward to getting them back and seeing my fabric choice in action.

Haven't driven that way in a while (maybe the more north north county nesties can help me!) but there used to be a big building with UFO on it in Vista - I think on Melrose... I think it was between Olive and Bobier on Melrose (not too sure about the street names)... anyone know what I'm talking about?
Is it one of these places? If it is, is it still there? I do a lot of work up in Vista and could drop it off while I'm there
