Re: **Dani** or other Cooks
I have this weight watchers chili recipe that DH and I LOVE.
1 lb lean ground beef
2 med onions - chopped
1 lg can tomato sauce (14-16 oz)
1 lg can diced tomatoes with chili?s (jalapeno?s or green chilis) (28 oz)
1 small can diced green chili?s
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 lg package fat free Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)
1 can corn (14-16 oz)
3 cans beans -kidney, pinto w/jalapeno or black (or any combination)
2 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
Brown meat and onions, drain, dump everything in a big pot and cook for 30-60 minutes.
Can be frozen in serving size containers.
1 cup = 2 pts.

I'm sure the ones that I have could be made in a crock-pot, I just wouldn't know how/if they need to be changed since I don't own a crock-pot (It's probably the only kitchen tool I do not own! lol)
Let me know if you want them anyway!
