Anyone live in Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos or Escondido that can recommend their apartment complex? TIA

We looked all over the same area for apartments, and this looked the best, for the best price, but it's developed into a nightmare! It's full of college kids that party, horrible management, and lazy sercurity that is useless! (we're moving out)..
I recommend checking www.apartmentratings.com, I think they are pretty good for good/bad complexes!

1 bed/1 bath 900 sq ft (downstairs) @ $859 plus $20 for utilities

Its a quiet complex within walking distance of downtown Escondido and Palomar hospital. The most noise that we get is the life flight helicopters at the hospital. The complex allows cats
