congrats!!! i saw your soon-to-be house in your siggie! how awesome & fun! i don't know you, but i'm excited for you & yh! mh & i were sooo excited when we closed on our home! it was hard to leave it behind; we're renting it now. we're looking forward to owning here too. have fun making it your love nest!!

We are super excited and also in shock. A year ago we thought we were doomed to be apartment dwellers forever.
We're still in North County (close to work) and really happy with the specific location, it's perfect for us as first-time buyers. We look forward to starting our family there, making the yard perfet for our two pups, painting and decorating, oh, and having at tax write-off, finally!
