*sigh* My husband AKA "Mr. Fix-It" ...

Yesterday we had a little water in basement around our water system.  Dave asked me to call our water people and get some ideas of what could be going on.  It clearly was not coming in from the outside so we knew it was the filter or water softner.

They were great- walked me through a few things it could be...one of which was if the small filter (that Dave just changed Monday) was either not on right or the O-ring was missing.

I tell Dave this- he says "it can't be that, I know I did it right, but I'll check everything when I get home"

He comes home, goes right downstairs and when he comes up I ask if he figured it out and if it was the small filter  he says "Kinda"  and that's it.

This morning- I peek down to see the water drying up and figure problem is solved.  Well, I just went to do laundy and hear "drip, drip".   Dave didn't FIX anything - the water is still leaking from the small filter area and he just put a big bucket underneath!

Sometimes I am amazed at how lazy he is.
