You were asking about marinades yesterday, right?  If you're looking for a store-bought one, I have a recommendation for you.  We just tried Newman's Own Herb and Roasted Garlic last night on our shish-kabobs, and it was delicious!  It's definitely going to become a staple in our pantry.  Just thought I'd share.  Sorry it's not a home-made one, though.

  • What kind of kabobs did you make?  I don't care if it's store bought or homemade I just want something good!  I'll have to put it on the list.
  • We just cubed up a NY Strip with red pepper, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion and grape tomatoes.  Marinated for a couple of hours and popped 'em on the grill.  Had a very simple slaw on the side...a bag of broccoli slaw mixed with some cole slaw dressing by Marie's, and we threw in some Craisins.  Easy and tasty!
