OMG - Napa & Co. was AMAZING!
Seriously, the food was absolutely incredible. For those of you who tried it previously and thought it was only mediocre, try again. When we go out for a true dining experience we are true food snobs and this was unbelievable.
The restaurant was noisy but they have a smaller room you can sit in normally, it was just booked for a private party last night.
Re: OMG - Napa & Co. was AMAZING!
I started w/ Pineland Beef Carpaccio w/ a black truffle aioli, shaved brussels spourts, 4 yr. aged parmesan and lorenzo olive oil. It was the perfect blend of salty, creamy and crunchy.
My entree was Duck braised with honey & thyme w/ roasted young fennel, blook oranzges, parsnip puree and red cherry sauce. The duck was succelent and flavorful
Dessert was warm chocolate cake with cherry jam and white chocolate gelatto - need I say more?
I chose a flight of Pinot Noirs which happened to coincide perfectly w/ the appetizer and entree (gone by the dessert). I chose to have a cup of decaf coffee w/ dessert which was rich and sturdy enough to stand up to the strong flavors in the cake.
