WW Ladies, a question

this is my first week on WW. 

I've been good all week about just staying in my daily allotted points because I knew that DH & I had plans tonight to go out to Outback (I was just going to use as many as I use of them tonight). 

Now I'm wondering if I'm going to totally kill any progress I've made this week.  Thoughts?

  • I think it's okay to splurge once a week. When I am strict with staying within my daily points every day, I still lose weight if I go out to eat one time a week. I would think you'll be fine.

  • When is your weigh day? Outback dishes are very salty and will make you retain alot of water. I would be very careful if you are getting weighed tomorrow.

  • My weigh in is tomorrow morning.  I'm doing it online and weighed myself this morning. Maybe if I don't like the number tomorrow morning I'll use this morning's number instead. :o)
  • You should be fine because you get your daily points allowance plus an extra 35 for the week.  They don't care if you use all 35 in one sitting or break it up so you have an extra 5 per day.

  • If you have been good all week, you should be fine. Remember you also get 35 bonus points a week and activity points. I lost 20 pounds on WW and I would just eat "normal" on weekends. If you deny yourself then you'll go crazy...or at least I know I would...lol! : ) Enjoy Outback tonight!
