What would you make with the following ingredients?

Chicken
Asparagus
Green Zuchini
Fresh Tomatos
Broccoli

Would you combine them? Think of something creative and yummy

Re: What would you make with the following ingredients?

  • Chicken Cacitorre?  (I know that's spelled wrong, but I can't be bothered to look it up right now!)

  • Yep, I'd combine 'em all.  Cube the chicken and brown it.  Add to the veggies that you've sauteed a bit to soften, and add the tomatoes (diced) last.  Serve on whole wheat pasta with a salad and bread.  Yum!
  • pasta primavera w/ chicken?  sounds yummy!
  • I would do the asparagus on the side (I prefer my asparagus solo though) and sautee the tomatoes, chopped zucchini and broc into a saucey mixute to serve over the chicken

    OR

Make brown rice with all of those ngredients in it plus garlic, onion, and some spices!

  • Sautee everthing with 1/2 of white wine or chicken stock and some butter.  Seve over penne.
  • I would sautee the asparagus, broccoli and zuchini in olive oil and set aside, then cube and brown the chicken. Add back in sauteed veggies and diced tomato (an extra can of diced tomatoes to add would be good), a little white wine and garlic, and serve over pasta. Yum. :)
