How is it going with the twins.  I saw you joke below about not having enough time to go down the hall to pee.   Do you find them more, about or less work then you thought?    I have a friend pregnant with twins, so I am curious.

Re: LisaJon

  • Haha, the pee joke was actually inreference to my very short lunch break when I'm working (sadly, I'll be back there in 2 weeks), but now that you mention it, I don't have time for that at home much either!  I was lucky in that my DH was able to take a paternity leave and be home too up until this week, so I actually was thinking that they really weren't that much work.  Now that I'm here alone with them I take that back.  They are tons of fun, don't get me wrong, just very time consuming because everything is double the time it would take with 1 baby - getting them dressed, bathed, in the car, fed, changed, etc.  The most important thing has been trying to keep them on the same schedule for feeding and napping.  Like right now they are both asleep so I actually have a little "me" time.  That's really important.  Thanks for thinking of me and good luck to your friend!
  • Butting in here....Lisa: I've seen you in person!  You dont even look like you had a baby, never mind twins!!!!

    NO WORRIES!!!!!
