Feeling so frustrated.

I am working on two chapters for an upcoming research report.  They are both on industries I know almost nothing about.  I've been trying my best to get up to speed in the past two weeks but there's so much to learn (these are both huge, multi-billion dollar industries).  I had a conference call today with the client and was reprimanded because I didn't have the data he wanted and wasn't able to answer some of the questions.  I felt like such an idiot and broke down into tears after I hung up.   I want to do a good job on this, but I'm feeling so stressed and overwhelmed that I'm spinnng my wheels.  I've tried talking to the owners of the company who hired me, and they blow me off or don't send me information I need. Somehow I  have to  turn in a finished chapter by next Monday.  I really don't know how I'm going to do it, but I don't have much of a choice.

Sorry, just needed to vent a little.

Is it possibly an industry I am versed in? Maybe I could help? Have you checked Ishare for information? Please let me know if there is anything I can do

BTR - thanks, but it's not for Nielsen.  It's for another company I started freelancing for - and it will be my last assignment for them!  I can't work like this

Oh man, I'm sorry. We hire outside contractors and the industry I work in is complicated to the people who work within it for years, so I can only imagine how you feel.

Will you share what industries? Maybe one of us could help?
