Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Awkward: My assist. didn't put thru my raise!
I had a raise attached to my 90 day review. The HR Generalist who reports to me does the payroll, I just got my check and the increase isn't there! I really hate that I have to go to her and say "umm, I gave you the paperwork but my raise isn't in my paycheck". It's awkward talking about your compensation with your own employee. ugh. And I was really counting on that $$ this week.
