Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Computer Experts need help
I can't delete my cookies.
Usually I just type in "cookies" in the search box to bring up the folder but as soon as I do that I get this message:
C:UsersA FamilyCookies is not accesible
Access is Denied
Why would I be denied access to my cookies folder?Is there a setting that I need to change?

I'm not sure what your username is, but your computer is set so it only allows you to delete Alicia's cookies most likely.
