Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just posted about yoga to Jess in my post below.  If you want to try it, I would recommend going earlier in your pg than we did.  That way you'll get into the habit of it earlier.  I think that was one of my downfalls.  Also, you'll already be stretching those muscles by the time they start to hurt.

If you don't want to go to the first class by yourself, I have one more punch on my 10pass so I could go with you.

  • Thanks for the advice, Cora! I think I'm definitely going to go this Sunday. I hear ya about the time being tough, though. 

    I've always had a lot of back problems & I'm hoping if I can get back into the yoga habit, I might save myself a bit of pain later in my pregnancy.

    I have a prenatal yoga dvd that a friend gave me, but I think i want to try the movements in a class setting before I give it a shot on my own. (Just to make sure I'm doing the moves right, etc) 

    If you want to use up your punch, then i'd love to join you on sunday. if you want to save it then that's ok too.
