As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Their phone hours are supposed to be 8:45. Sooo annoying.
I HATE the new receptionist at my OB's office. I'm sure she's in their flipping through a magazine and conveniently "forgot" to take the phone off nights or something.
GRRRR. I don't want to page the Dr, but at the same time I'd like to just hear that what's going on is no big deal.

This has happened to me before - I've also shown up to a locked door and no one answering my knock, so I was late for an appointment.
It's a total PITA, but I chalk it up to everyone making errors at work some days. I've forgotten about meetings before. Better this than a medical error.
I saw your earlier post and hope that you get some quick answers and are feeling better soon.

I would say maybe the receptionist is having a bad day- but if you knew the idiot this woman is it's probably just her being lazy. I am considering leaving the practice after I have this baby just b/c I hate her so much.

Farmington OBGYN. I go to the Hartford office. LOVE the Dr's. LOVED the old receptionist...I want her back.
That's funny. Did you know the other girl that used to be there? Liz- she was GREAT. I didn't even have to give my name, she'd hear my voice and say "Hi Sandy!" Loved her.
This one still asks for my ins. card when I go in and calls me Sarah even AFTER seeing the name on my card...and she is ALWAYS on a personal call when I am in the office. moron. I hope she gets in trouble for not answering the phone.
The Hartford location is super close to work, but I told DH I want to start going to one of their other ones.
