Recommend low-cost/flexible family law attorney?
My fiance is on the brink of bankruptcy. He lost his job at the start of the year and we had to move in with my grandmother (we were paying rent before) so he could continue to make child-support payments to his ex wife. He recently filed an Order to Show Cause to get his child support modified (lowered, obviously) but now his ex has hired a lawyer and is getting really ugly. My fiance can't afford "shark" representation and doesn't really know his legal rights so he's afraid to go to the hearing unrepresented. Can anyone recommend someone??
