My dog is so bad
So Sunday night we got home from being out for a couple hours and our black lab had gotten into sudafed. I freaked out when read how toxic it could be spent $60 to call poison control (that is what they charge for animals).
Tonight DH & I get home from going for a walk and she had broken into my spice rack and eaten Chili powder. Really Chili powder.
She is so bad, I don't even know what to do. We lock up the garbage and clean off the counters. She has never before bothered the spice rack. WTF.
But then she looks so pathetic like how can you be mad at me?
I guess thats a lab for you

It sounds like she might be a danger to herself since she is *ahem* less than discriminating about her menu :-)
We'll see.
Old habits die hard . ..isn't that the phrase? Even if you can't crate her, can't you block her off to a smaller area or leave her in the garage (since it's warmer out now . .of course leaving her in the garage you have to be absolutely sure there are no chemicals in there since she sounds like she'd enjoy just about anything).
But you are right, labs are like that . . and she probably is so cute!
