Sweet Potato Fries update
So I put olive oil, season salt and cinnamon and baked at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. They turned out really yummy. The only problem was they weren't very crispy. I even soaked them in water for a little like recommended. I think next time I'll use the broiler for a little bit.
Re: Sweet Potato Fries update
I am not sure if baked ones would get as crunchy as deep fried ones. I would assume the ones you get out at a restaurant are probably deep fried which would make them nice and crispy but also really bad for you. I think I cranked the heat up a little bit at the end to help with the crispiness.
