Dizzy spells normal?

I had a dizzy spell when I was out to dinner with DH last week & I've had two so far today.

They're pretty violent, have to grab my desk to keep the room from spinning kinda spells. Almost like drunken spins.

You were all so wonderful with convincing me that nose bleeds are normal, now tell me why the heck i'm so dizzy!

Yup, pretty sure they are.  I didn't get many early on, but get them now....and the nose bleeds have started again, too.

They are common, but yours sound serious enough to warrant a call to the doctor (just to be extra safe).

i haven't had any more nose bleeds since we started using a humidifier every night. whether this is a lucky coincidence, or it's actually helping has yet to be determined.

every week it seems like there's something new. i've had severe headaches & migraines for the past two weeks, this week i'm feeling better but we've moved on to dizziness. can't a girl catch a break?

You'll get a break!!  I had a horrible first 20 weeks, and then a pretty great 10 weeks after that (just minor complaints)...since 30 weeks or so I've been on to the quirky annoying things - nose bleeds, dizzy spells, excema, post nasal drip...

I almost passed out in Kohl's in the first trimester.  Ugh. I got all hot, sweaty and dizzy.  NOT fun.  That happened a few times, but it passed.  I also had bad migraines which subsided in the second trimester but have reappeared uninvited in the third trimester.   This pregnancy trip is one crazy ride, but well worth it in the end!  Hope you feel better soon.

I have been getting them every other day or so for the last couple weeks, especially in the morning or if I have been stationary for awhile and then move.
