WW Ladies - I Quit :(

Well sort of! I am not counting points but still using the healthy eating habits I have learned. I was counting points for 14 weeks. I eat basically the same thing everyday so I don't see much point in writing down the same thing everyday. I am happy with my weight but would like to lose 5 more pounds. I am going to try not counting points for a few weeks to see if I lose... If not I will track points again.

  • I feel the same way! I have been on for 24 weeks and feel like I write down the same foods every single day. Although, I know I am falling off the wagon. Have you tried those Peanut Butter Bliss Bars ?? OMG they are DELISH!! Almost as good as Taco Bell : )
  • I am close to quitting for a similar reason.  I've done a great job at getting back on track with the weight loss, but I feel like I'm paying for meetings that I don't get much out of.  I'm giving it till the end of the month, and we'll go from there.
  • well you've seriously inspired me...I can't believe how fast you got your pg weight off! I'm jealous and will continue with my WW because it seems to be working...slowly but surely:)
  • Wow, that's awesome!  Congrats.  Mine's coming off, finally but slowly.  I just need to stick it out.  I have a lot more weight to lose than I originally though, so I'm taking it one day at a time.

    My incentive is to lost 20lbs by the end of August and we'll go to FL for 5 days. 
  • maybe you could try doing Core to get those last 5 pounds off, sometimes shaking things up, helps to lose weight.
