Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Well sort of! I am not counting points but still using the healthy eating habits I have learned. I was counting points for 14 weeks. I eat basically the same thing everyday so I don't see much point in writing down the same thing everyday. I am happy with my weight but would like to lose 5 more pounds. I am going to try not counting points for a few weeks to see if I lose... If not I will track points again.

My incentive is to lost 20lbs by the end of August and we'll go to FL for 5 days.
