Small victories in animal rescue...
I mentioned last week that the rescue where I volunteer was looking for a foster for a pregnant cat that was found in a rabbit cage along the side of the road in Hartford along with two other young male cats. Well, the good news was that a foster home for the mama cat was found and she will be going into a Hartford area rescue. PAWS, where I volunteer, took in the 2 male cats on Friday. Well, they were adopted as a pair on Saturday and will be going to their new home this week after they're neutered tomorrow. Hooray for small victories!
Re: Small victories in animal rescue...
But I am glad to hear they found a home/fosters for the gang!!!
all the rescues always break my heart......and always makes me think of my gorgeous Simba and how anyone on earth could give him away (throw him away really) I will never know!!!!!!!
Great news.
I love Slinky, BTW. Wish we could take him/her.
