My fav is a WW recipe actually.  I don't have it at work but I've posted it before.  Maybe someone else here can send it to you.

Update: My co worker is giving me his family heirloom Mac & cheese recipe. I have tingles all over because apparently it's a kept secret. I feel honored.

I got one from Meg (pgh here).  It was so yummy.   I think its on her blog.

And I am VERY picky about my homemade mac-n-cheese.

I can't!! It has a ton of cheese, velveeta is one of them.. and condensed milk.......... it's pretty basic but tastes SO awesome.
