The good and the bad news
Turns out my Health Insurance will cover the perscription I just need the Dr. to pre-authorize it.
Bad news
1) Contractors are refusing to credit us anything
2) I locked my keys in the freaking car
Re: The good and the bad news
Call back and tell them you will have to call the State to report their business practices if they don't somehow make this right.
I guarantee that will get results. Anytime I threaten that I am happy w/ the response. I just had to do this w/ Firestone after being ripped off. I got a corporate apology and partial refund just for the threat I gave them.
Grace-
That's not right--it is THEIR mistake. They should be doing something for you. If this is their customer service program, maybe you want to think about canceling your order with them and using someone else. God forbid something go wrong with the installation!! Have you given them any money yet?
