Need your favorite recipes.. (50 person event)
I have several bulk recipe sites that I frequent but I?ve never tried the recipes myself. I?m helping out with our friends Handfasting the end of the month and I?m going to be one of hopefully many who are cooking for this event. So any ideas would be fantastic! Pasta?s a definite but I think someone else is bringing that.
Desserts are the easiest so we?re looking for meals. The Hostess/bride is making rice and beans but right now that?s all I know!
They had pulled pork, hot wings and bbq wings, rice and beans and I think something else at their engagement party.

How about ordering a deli meat tray from Stop and Shop or a 6 ft sub? I get them for parties and they are great. Costco has trays of wraps too.
Or, meatballs in a crock pot with marinara sauce and grinders.
A little classier- cook a spiral ham or two and put it out with small rolls and mustard for sandwiches.
Pasta salads.
I have a great recipe for coleslaw salad made with ramen noodles. (It's at home and I'm at work- page me if you want it.) I get rave reviews when I make it.
