so my realtor called and the couple that came in today is very interested in our house and should be making an offer tomorrow (let's hope it's reasonable!)

thanks ladies! I'm really hoping this is it!
We're selling because although our current house is a good size for us now (it's about 1200 square feet) it certainly is not our "forever house". With the house prices AND the rates being so low we're willing to take a small hit on this end (we bought SO high in 05) if we can get a great deal on our new house.
Currently no houses on the market interest us. We're hoping to see more houses come on the market in the spring.
I hear ya! Our open house went well today - I was expecting more people because I thought it was supposed to be a beautiful day, but, regardless we had a lot of people. I just can never judge their reactions.
Like you, we haven't found any houses that interest us and are waiting for the SPRING!
