~ Mrs.2005 ~ re: Midwife search

The Midwife Practice I used was in Danbury! The Connecticut Childbirth and Womens Center. They have the only freestanding Birthing Center in this state if you're interested in driving to Danbury they are a WONDERFUL group of midwives.
They are also affiliated with an OB practice right down the street from them as well ( but I don't know the name since I never went there )

But If you go to the website of The American College of Nurse Midwives they have a midwife locator on there.

Here...I actually did the search for you...

Good luck ! ;-)

  • Just to add - The practice mentioned above is Physicians for Women & this is who I have used for over 10 years. Love them. They are located right next door to the CC&WC (well there is a building in between) & both are right across from Danbury Hospital.
